I talked to a lot of web designers before I decided to go ahead with building my site. Precious few of them had any inkling about how to display art in general, never mind how individual artists differ in their styles and preferences.

Let's face it, a lot of art sites are boring; the viewer walks away with no idea of what the painting actually looks like. Lisa Wagner and the Art Tech staff are so very different.
